Join Volotea's Team as an HR Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Analytics Specialist to join our team at Volotea, a fast-growing low-cost airline in Europe. As an HRIS expert, you will play a key role in driving business growth and improving HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the go-to subject matter expert for HR Systems, ensuring seamless integration and data integrity.
  • Manage and maintain SAP Success Factors, leading system-related projects and coordinating with the IT team.
  • Develop and implement data standards and best practices across the department, ensuring data privacy and security compliance.
  • Provide support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools.
  • Lead the integration of Success Factors with other Systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar.
  • Proven experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP Success Factors.
  • Strong Data Analysis Skills and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools, preferably PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
