- Monitor data integrity, conduct regular audits, and resolve inconsistencies to ensure accurate HR data.
- Define and enforce data standards and best practices across the department, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
- Provide expert support and training to HR users on HRIS functionalities and reporting tools, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP Success Factors.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel, with experience creating dashboards in data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI preferred).
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a self-starter mindset.
- Ability to lead projects and coordinate different teams, with fluency in English and Spanish (French or Italian a plus).
