Job Title: HR Data Excellence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Excellence Specialist to join our team at Dsm. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of data quality and integrity across all HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage HR data from various systems and sources to ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and completeness.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Group Data standards, security policies, and procedures within the HR function.
  • Present to the Data Quality Council and contribute to data governance initiatives to raise data quality awareness and manage the Data Governance community.
  • Manage HR data improvement initiatives from scoping to implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and presentation of People Analytics reports to support the implementation of People and HR Data Analytics strategy.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics required, preferably with a Master's degree.
  • 1-2 years of working experience, ideally with the ability to analyze, manage, and validate large sizes of data.
  • Good knowledge of analytics tools and solutions, including PowerBi, Python, SQL, Power Query, and similar.
  • Data-driven mindset with high levels of quality standards, strong detailed orientation, and hands-on proactive mindset.
  • Methodic, structured, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills, with project management skills, good communication, and team player.
