Job Title: HR Data Excellence Specialist

Location: Barcelona, Spain

Job Summary:

The HR Data Excellence Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of HR data across all systems. This role will involve monitoring data quality, coordinating data governance initiatives, and presenting data quality reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage HR data from various systems and sources to ensure data quality, integrity, consistency, and completeness.
  • Coordinate data governance initiatives and deploy Group Data standards, security policies, and procedures within the HR function.
  • Present data quality reports to stakeholders and contribute to data governance initiatives.
  • Manage HR data improvement initiatives, from scoping to implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and presentation of People Analytics reports.
  • Support the implementation of People and HR Data Analytics strategy.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics required, preferably with a Master's degree.
  • 1-2 years of working experience, ideally with the ability to analyze, manage, and validate large sizes of data.
  • Good knowledge of analytics tools and solutions, including PowerBi, Python, SQL, Power Query, and similar.
  • Data-driven mindset with high-level quality standards, strong detailed orientation, and hands-on proactive mindset.
  • Methodic, structured, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills, with project management skills, good communication, and team player.
