About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Data Excellence Specialist to join our team at Dsm. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of data quality and integrity across all HR systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage HR data from various systems and sources, ensuring data quality, integrity, consistency, and completeness.
  • Coordinate the implementation of Group Data standards, security policies, and procedures within the HR function.
  • Present data quality initiatives to the Data Quality Council and contribute to data governance initiatives.
  • Manage and animate the Data Governance community, promoting data quality awareness and best practices.
  • Develop and implement HR data improvement initiatives, from scoping to implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate in the preparation and presentation of People Analytics reports, supporting the implementation of our People and HR Data Analytics strategy.
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics, preferably with a Master's degree.
  • 1-2 years of working experience, ideally with the ability to analyze, manage, and validate large datasets.
  • Good knowledge of analytics tools and solutions, including PowerBi, Python, SQL, and Power Query.
  • Data-driven mindset with high levels of quality standards, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on proactive approach.
  • Methodical, structured, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills, with project management skills and good communication and team player abilities.
