Sales Transformation Leader

Overview: Oterra is a leading manufacturer of colors from natural sources, committed to making a difference for a healthy lifestyle and sustainable agriculture. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Transformation Leader - SAP Architect to join our Global Strategic Projects team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented professional to manage the continuous improvement projects, ensure progress, resolve issues, and highlight key areas for improvement. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical specifications in SAP, collaborating with other technical teams, and creating documentation for local key users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage continuous improvement project: Ensure progress, resolve issues, and highlight issues
- Together with local key users, responsible for the business contingency plan
- Maintain integrated view of all workstreams and understand dependencies
- Own and follow the overall plan and ensure deliverables according to plan
- Work with the development team and be responsible for execution
- Responsible for planning and execution of testing
- Solid plan for System integration test (SIT) together with Accenture
- Data migration and ensuring that relevant data objects are assigned to the processes, are being setup/maintained accordingly
- Evaluate and secure that future system and process enhancements are in line with the standard templates
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a technical career
- Ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
- Advanced English Level
- Fluency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work in a transformational global environment
- Strategic thinking to reach business objectives
- Integrating the multicultural dimension
- Managing stakeholders and the business
- Strong knowledge in SAP HANA and SAP Sales Distribution
- Ability to analyze the root cause of issues
- Ability to identify continuous improvement needs
- Strong problem-solving skills
