About the Role

The Sales Team Lead will oversee a team of sales executives, ensuring that performance meets or exceeds budget expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and coaching a team of full-cycle sales executives to achieve maximum efficiency and results.
  • Setting clear performance expectations and measuring progress to meet or exceed budget targets.
  • Assessing the sales pipeline and preparing regular sales forecasts for management.
  • Reviewing individual sales activity and performance dashboards, offering guidance on improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience managing an inside sales team, with strong leadership skills.
  • Able to build, lead, and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model.
  • Proven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and running reports within it.
  • Technical aptitude and passion for the technology space.
  • Track record in setting targets and achieving or exceeding them.
  • Excellent coaching skills with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and French (full professional proficiency).
