Job Description

We are seeking a creative and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top talent from around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the recruiting process for non-IT positions
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Use a multi-channel approach to recruit and screen candidates
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
  • Help implement an Employer Branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of proven work experience managing the whole recruitment cycle for non-IT positions
  • In-house recruitment experience is highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (Interviews, reference check, etc)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Advanced LinkedIn recruiter user and Headhunting experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Experience in Fintech or IT companies is a plus
