- Lead and direct a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Talent Business Partners to create a culture of accountability and promote internal mobility.
- Manage pipelines, proactively finding talent and guiding candidates through the interview process.
- Provide consultative support to leaders, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a focus on developing professionally in the Talent Acquisition area.
- Proven track record of building and managing Talent Acquisition teams, with experience recruiting in media, digital, technology, advertising, marketing, and professional services sectors.
- Ability to determine recruitment strategies in response to market conditions, volume, and other hiring obstacles.
- Strong solutions focus, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in Spanish (native or C1 level) and proficiency in English (High B2, C1 or more).
- A collaborative and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
