About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of the global Talent Acquisition Team at AWWG, responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for the company's Internship & Graduate program. This role will involve working closely with hiring managers from various executive areas, including Design, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the company's corporate positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes to ensure vacancies are filled within scope, budget, and timeframe.
  • Execute the Corporate Onboarding process, including company presentations, welcome kits, and office tours.
  • Develop and maintain a recruitment talent pool, benchmark industry knowledge, and stay up-to-date with the latest fashion industry trends.
  • Lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects, such as Employer Branding initiatives, university job fairs, and social media campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for universities and payroll, managing student agreements, renewals, and hiring processes.
  • Provide regular reporting of results and maintain an HR Analytics view.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a specialist recruitment and/or internal career HR role.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar. A Master's degree is desirable.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Personal Skills

  • Ability to work independently, adhering to procedures and deadlines.
  • Effective management of priorities, identifying and responding to emergencies, and delivering quick and accurate answers regarding people issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to various audiences and demonstrate good listening skills.
