The AWWG Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of the global Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for attracting and hiring the right candidates to join our Internship & Graduate program.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with hiring managers from different executive areas, such as Design, Merchandising, Finance, or Marketing, to ensure a complete overview of the corporate positions of a company present in over 80 countries and 4,500 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes, ensuring vacancies are managed within scope, budget, and timeframe.
  • Execute the Corporate Onboarding process, managing company presentations, welcome kits, and office tours, in person and online.
  • Build a recruitment talent pool, benchmark, and knowledge of the fashion industry.
  • Develop and lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects, such as Employer Branding actions, participation in University Job Fairs, and usage of Social Media and Job Portals.
  • Act as a contact point for Universities and Payroll, managing student agreements, renewals, and hiring processes.
  • Regularly report results, maintaining an HR Analytics view.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a specialist recruitment and/or internal career HR role.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar. Master's degree is desirable.
  • English level C1.
  • Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Personal Skills:

  • Ability to work independently, in compliance with procedures and deadlines.
  • Management of priorities, identifying and responding to emergencies, and delivering quick and accurate answers regarding people issues.
  • Ability to face any type of audience, adapting communication to the audience and demonstrating good listening skills.
