As a key member of the global Talent Acquisition Team at AWWG, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to join our Internship & Graduate program. Your mission will be to work closely with hiring managers from various executive areas, including Design, Merchandising, Finance, and Marketing, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the company's corporate positions.
With a focus on recruitment processes, you will ensure that vacancies are managed within scope, budget, and timeframe. You will also be responsible for executing the Corporate Onboarding process, managing company presentations, welcome kits, and office tours, both in-person and online.
Key responsibilities include building a recruitment talent pool, benchmarking, and staying up-to-date on industry knowledge. You will also develop and lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects, such as Employer Branding actions, participation in University Job Fairs, and the effective use of Social Media and Job Portals.
As a contact point for Universities and Payroll, you will manage student agreements, renewals, and the hiring process. Regular reporting of results will be essential, maintaining an HR Analytics view.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a specialist recruitment and/or internal career HR role.
- University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
- English language proficiency at C1 level.
- Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Personal skills we are looking for:
- Ability to work independently, adhering to procedures and deadlines.
- Effective management of priorities, identifying and responding to emergencies, and delivering quick and accurate answers regarding people issues.
- Ability to adapt communication to various audiences and demonstrate good listening skills.
