As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn and other professional networks.
* Collaborate with the international TA & EB team to ensure a steady talent pipeline for consulting and non-consulting staff.
* Develop and implement local recruiting campaigns, social media activities, and employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent.
* Build relationships with target universities and manage talent fairs, university events, and workshops.
* Provide HR general topics support, including HR Operations, Compensation & Benefits, and Staffing and Career Development.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a management consultancy or professional service firm.
* Strong knowledge of boolean search and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
* Proficiency in business English and Spanish, with intermediate Italian a plus.
