About the Role

As the Talent Acquisition Director at Publicis Groupe, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. You will lead a high-performing team of recruiters and interns, refining processes, and delivering exceptional hiring results for the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the media, digital, technology, advertising, marketing, and professional services sectors.
  • Lead and direct a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, providing guidance and support to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Business Partners to create a culture of accountability and promote internal mobility.
  • Manage pipelines, proactively finding talent and guiding candidates through the interview process.
  • Provide consultative support to leaders, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for clients, candidates, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a focus on developing professionally in the Talent Acquisition area.
  • Proven track record of building and managing Talent Acquisition teams, with experience recruiting in media, digital, technology, advertising, marketing, and professional services sectors.
  • Ability to determine recruitment strategies in response to market conditions, volume, and other hiring obstacles.
  • Strong solutions focus, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish (native or C1 level) and proficiency in English (High B2, C1 or more).
