Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Demand Generation Manager to drive exponential growth by increasing the number of sponsoring companies and attracting more active community members. As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact demand generation strategies, optimizing landing pages, testing messaging, and implementing ABM approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact demand generation strategies
  • Optimize landing pages, test messaging, and implement ABM approaches
  • Manage multichannel marketing campaigns, leveraging LinkedIn outreach
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, graphic designers, CEO, and CTO
  • Generation of participants and sponsors for our yearly conferences
  • Travel to our own events to learn about and optimize our community events

Requirements

  • Availability: 40 hours/week
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to test and iterate strategies to find the most effective approaches
