Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Sales Manager to join our new development sales team at Chad Management Group. As an Executive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, and analyzing market trends to inform product design and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage overall sales activities, including market research, sales presentations, tracking of sales and marketing trends, advertising campaigns, and promotional events for various multi-family residential projects.
  • Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure effective and consistent articulation of brand and messaging to various audiences, both public-facing and internal, ensuring alignment of company messaging.
  • Exceptional understanding of local real estate market and remaining up-to-date on pre-construction home sales and market dynamics to inform product design and pricing.
  • Lead and manage a team of internal/external sales staff, and work collaboratively to execute residential sales campaigns.
  • Preparation of regular sales reports, collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
  • Develop and be responsible for achieving aggressive monthly targets.
  • Work with internal project teams to advise on project design, including design of the building, amenities, and floorplans to maximize purchase value.
  • Build and establish a positive rapport with all stakeholders (including hired consultants, vendors, advertisers etc.).
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry/market trends and innovations which may be implemented to improve the value proposition of the portfolio.
  • Report and present to Senior Management as required.
  • Offer real-time perspective on industry trends and best practices; share insight and wisdom through presentations to key stakeholders including the firm's partners, investors, and media contacts.
  • Generate ideas and strategies for new development projects and internal processes that better enable the organization to achieve its goals.
  • Be responsible for the professional development, performance evaluation and general talent management of a high-performing sales team.
  • Hire and monitor consultants where appropriate.
  • Manage relationships with clients and agents locally and globally.
