New Development Sales Lead

Compensation Package: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

About the Position:

As New Development Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and growth in our New Development Communities. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop sales strategies, and work closely with the corporate marketing team to achieve company goals.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including project teams and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations, identifying opportunities to enhance the value proposition of our portfolio.
