About the Position:As New Development Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and growth in our New Development Communities. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop sales strategies, and work closely with the corporate marketing team to achieve company goals.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including project teams and senior management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations, identifying opportunities to enhance the value proposition of our portfolio.
