Job Description:

Synergie is seeking a Business Development Agent to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and marketing efforts
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in phone sales or business development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English to support divisions across Canada
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer an hourly wage between $19-$20, sports membership allowance, employee assistance program, virtual care, personal, sick, parental days, and more. Hybrid work is possible after 3 months.
