Business Development Sales Specialist

**Job Overview**
">">At Nordex, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Sales Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to the sales function and play a crucial role in driving business growth.
">">Responsibilities:• Review customer RFPs to determine requirements for proposal content
• Lead definition of technical solutions with the support of Engineering
• Coordinate all inputs to generate the final proposal
• Attend customer meetings as a technical expert during the sales phase until handover to project management team
• Collect and analyze data
• Prepare reports
• Support all steps of sales proposal production, RFPs, presentations, and other internal and external support materials
• Maintain a library of relevant commercial documents
">">Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Trainings in renewable energy and/or green hydrogen are highly appreciated
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a sales department
• High English level (C1 or similar)
• Microsoft Office and PowerBI knowledge
• Proactive and result-oriented approach
• Good at teamwork
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High integrity and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn
