Hargrove And Associates, Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in a turnaround support role. Estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

Job Description

This role is responsible for providing administrative support for turnarounds, including tracking time and costs, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in timekeeping and produce reports
  • Assist in cost tracking and produce reports
  • Prepare turnaround (TAR) organizational charts
  • Prepare turnaround (TAR) correspondence and transmittals
  • Schedule project and turnaround (TAR) meetings and arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes
  • Execute special projects
  • Provide scanning, copying, faxing, and filing services for project-related information
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • 1+ years of experience in providing administrative/timekeeping support
  • Knowledge and application of company standards and office administration procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent proofreading and grammar skills
  • Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
  • Able to maintain confidentiality in all areas
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with extreme multi-tasking
  • Able to prioritize effectively
  • Able to accurately develop reports
  • Able to maintain effective working relationships with teammates, clients, and vendors
