Marketing Operations and Technology Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations and Technology Manager to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class marketing activities and processes that drive business growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Manage contractual relations with 3rd parties, focusing on Mar Tech, Translation, and Learning and Development
- Collaborate with TU MKT and RevOps to track marketing performance using key operational metrics
- Work closely with other TRU marketing managers to optimize resource allocation and utilization
- Contribute to the definition of tracking methodologies for marketing activities
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, including project management, implementation, evolution, administration, and governance
- Lead the strategic execution and follow-up of marketing digital initiatives
- Ensure the MarTech stack is fully operational and act as SPOC for MarTech vendor(s)
- Gather business requirements from the Marketing community and measure the performance of marketing activities
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; master's degree preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in driving strategy and/or implementation of Marketing Technologies
- Track record of engaging with and influencing senior leaders on challenging topics
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry and good understanding of Amadeus organization and businesses
- Ability to ramp up on new business areas/functions rapidly
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge/experience in Marketing Technology - MarTech - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Eloqua, etc.
