As a key member of the Marketing Operations team at Amadeus, you will play a crucial role in delivering best-in-class marketing activities and processes that drive business success. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring it is fully operational and aligned with the company's ambitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage contractual relations with 3rd parties, focusing on Mar Tech, Translation, and Learning and Development.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and RevOps teams to track marketing performance using key operational metrics.
- Work closely with other marketing managers to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
- Contribute to the definition of tracking methodologies for marketing activities.
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, including project management, implementation, evolution, administration, and governance.
- Lead the strategic execution and follow-up of marketing digital initiatives.
- Ensure the MarTech stack is fully operational and act as the single point of contact for vendor improvements and maintenance.
- Gather business requirements from the Marketing community and measure the performance of marketing activities through the MarTech stack.
- Strong understanding of marketing operations and technology.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and drive business decisions.
- Experience with marketing technology stacks and vendor management.
