Marketing Operations and Marketing Technology Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Marketing Operations and Technology Leader to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Marketing Operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering best-in-class marketing activities and processes that drive business growth and success.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Marketing Operations: Manage contractual relations with third-party vendors, collaborate with cross-functional teams to track marketing performance, and contribute to the definition of tracking methodologies for marketing activities.
- Mar-Tech: Oversee the marketing technology stack, including project management, implementation, evolution, administration, and governance. Lead the strategic execution and follow-up of marketing digital initiatives and ensure the MarTech stack is fully operational.
- Marketing Campaigns (Digital): Manage platform governance, user management, and marketing data governance, including acting as Data Owner and Data Steward for MKT data.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in driving strategy and/or implementation of Marketing Technologies.
- A track record of engaging with and successfully influencing senior leaders on challenging topics.
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry and good understanding of Amadeus organization and businesses.
- Ability to ramp up on new business areas/functions rapidly.
- Good understanding of latest tools and technology trends.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge/experience in Marketing Technology - MarTech - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Eloqua, etc.
