We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations and Marketing Technology Manager to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Marketing Operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering best-in-class marketing activities and processes that drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Operations
- Manage contractual relationships with third-party vendors, focusing on marketing technology, translation, and learning and development.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to track marketing performance using key operational metrics.
- Work closely with other marketing managers to optimize resource allocation and utilization for assigned tasks.
- Contribute to the development of a tracking methodology for marketing activities to measure performance and define overall marketing success.
- Marketing Technology
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, including project management, implementation, evolution, administration, and governance.
- Lead the strategic execution and follow-up of marketing digital initiatives.
- Ensure the marketing technology stack is fully operational and serve as the single point of contact for vendor improvements and maintenance.
- Support the Marketing team in showcasing their contribution to revenue growth.
- Marketing Campaigns (Digital)
- Platform management: Be responsible for new requests or needs for the platform, including future integrations, roadmap management, and channel governance.
- User management: Provide user upskilling and adoption, user functional support, and manage change requests.
- Marketing data governance: Act as Data Owner for MKT data (Customer Profile & Attributes).
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing operations and marketing technology management.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks and their implementation.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
