Marketing Operations and Technology Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations and Technology Manager to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Marketing Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class marketing activities and processes that help to achieve our company's ambitions.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Operations
- Manage contractual relations with third-party vendors, focusing on marketing technology, translation, and learning and development.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Revenue Operations teams to track marketing performance using key operational metrics.
- Work closely with other marketing managers to optimize resource allocation and utilization for assigned tasks.
- Contribute to the definition of tracking methodologies for marketing activities to measure performance and define overall marketing success.
- MarTech
- Oversee the marketing technology stack, including project management, implementation, evolution, administration, and governance.
- Own the end-to-end marketing digital transformation, vision, priorities, and roadmap.
- Lead the strategic execution and follow-up of marketing digital initiatives.
- Ensure the MarTech stack is fully operational and act as the single point of contact for vendor improvements and maintenance.
- Support the Marketing team in showcasing their contribution to revenue growth.
- Gather business requirements from the Marketing community and measure the performance of marketing activities through the MarTech stack.
- Marketing Campaigns (Digital)
- Platform management: Be responsible for new requests or needs for the platform, including future integrations, roadmap management, and channel governance.
- User management: Provide user upskilling and adoption, user functional support, and change request management.
- Marketing data governance: Act as Data Owner for MKT data, ensuring clear rules and processes are defined to govern such data, and be accountable for target Data Quality levels.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, with a master's degree preferred.
- At least 10 years of experience in driving strategy and/or implementation of Marketing Technologies.
- Track record of engaging with and successfully influencing senior leaders on challenging topics.
- Track record of driving high performance from teams, with or without direct reporting line/management responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry and good understanding of Amadeus organization and businesses.
- Ability to ramp up on new business areas/functions rapidly.
- Good understanding of latest tools and technology trends.
- Fluency in English.
- Knowledge/experience in Marketing Technology - MarTech - Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Eloqua, etc.
