The Role
We're seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Strategy and Operations team. As a key member of our growth team, you'll be responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives to enhance the impact of marketing on our growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of marketing operations infrastructure within HubSpot and other core marketing technologies.
- Partner closely with growth and demand generation counterparts to strategically enhance campaign execution, audience targeting, and lead-to-revenue modeling.
- Collaborate with growth and pipeline/sales operations to monitor and optimize lead quality through the funnel.
- Establish and manage proper lead capture, attribution, engagement, and campaign infrastructure.
- Continuously identify opportunities to drive operations and automation initiatives that improve funnel outcomes and support pipeline growth objectives.
- Design, build, and manage a variety of marketing programs and campaigns.
- Own and collaborate with Systems and Data team to ensure data architecture and synchronization between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure accuracy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing technology systems, processes, and data at fast-paced B2B organizations.
