Job Summary
We're seeking a Senior Manager, People Operations to join our team in Spain and support us in elevating the operational capability of our People Team. As a Senior Manager at Flywire, you'll be responsible for driving the implementation and global coordination of our People Team programs and processes, ensuring alignment with our values, equity, inclusion, and diversity ideals.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Collaboration and Program Implementation: Drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver on all People Operations goals, processes, and programs, considering Flywire's values, cultural norms, company practices, policies, regulatory statutes, market practices, and compliance requirements throughout the employee life cycle.
- Employee Relations and Advisory Services: Advise and manage sensitive employee relations information and cases in collaboration with the Global People Partner team, legal, and external stakeholders in a confidential, documented, and effective manner.
- Center of Expertise Collaboration: Regularly collaborate and maintain cooperative relationships with the People Team's Centers of Expertise, including Talent Acquisition, Experience, Total Rewards, Learning and Development, as well as cross-functional collaboration with global People Team partners, such as payroll, IT, legal, finance, marketing, and more.
