Global Talent Development Manager

Telefónica Tech is a leading company in digital transformation, offering a wide range of services and integrated technology solutions. We are a group of over 6200 professionals working together to achieve excellence through leadership and teamwork.

This role will help us unify talent development and culture processes across all geographies where Telefónica Tech is present. The successful candidate will coordinate and implement global corporate processes related to performance and development management, including:

  • Designing and monitoring overall leadership and guidance, employee career development, retention plans, and leadership development.
  • Collaborating with managers to set clear and measurable goals and identify areas for improvement in performance.
  • Defining and promoting the company's values, vision, and mission.
  • Collecting and analyzing data related to human talent and culture.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Coaching, or People Analytics is desirable. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position and in-depth knowledge of best practices in talent development, performance management, and building strong organizational cultures.
