The Role

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Commercial team. This role is crucial to our success in the B2B segment, empowering the broader organization to enhance lead generation and boost conversion rates.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Conduct outbound communication through cold calling and emails to identify potential leads, and source new sales opportunities by following up on inbound leads.
  • Sales Organization: Organize and plan meetings, web demos, and visits for Market Manager team, and research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Partnership Closing: Share best practices and recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Negotiation Support: Participate in the preparation and handling of negotiations with potential partners.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Market Managers, Sales Ops, and the wider Commercial team in daily operations.
  • Market Insights: Collect market and industry feedback, presenting new business opportunities.
