Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a B2B & B2C Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our business clients and individual customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with queries about our services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Validate and receive transactions.
  • Use our platform to provide support.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements:

  • You are a native German speaker with advanced business English.
  • You are tech-savvy and have good IT knowledge.
  • You are customer and quality oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
