Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a B2B & B2C Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our business clients and individual customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with queries about our services via phone, email, and chat.
- Validate and receive transactions.
- Use our platform to provide support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements:
- You are a native German speaker with advanced business English.
- You are tech-savvy and have good IT knowledge.
- You are customer and quality oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- You are highly reliable, adaptable, a fast learner, and possess strong problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- A full-time job, 40 hours a week.
- 14 salaries per year, 1,200€ gross per month + performance-related bonus.
