Gray Matter is a Startup Studio with a focus on B2B SaaS and AI, rooted in Copenhagen and Barcelona. We're passionate about building a company that utilizes AI to improve people's daily lives.

The Role
We're seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our 5-day product development sprint. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for developing a Simple, Lovable, and Complete (SLC) GenAI SaaS product. Your expertise will be applied to transform user insights into impactful designs, collaborating with a team of experienced professionals.

Responsibilities
During the 5-day sprint, you will:
1. Launch Phase (First 3 Months): Showcase your skills by developing a product that sets the standard for innovation and usability.
2. Growth Phase (Next 3 Months): Leverage your initial success to spearhead the expansion of our product suite, each embodying our ethos of simplicity, effectiveness, and AI enhancement.
3. Innovation Phase (By the 12th Month): Become the architect of continuous improvement, weaving advanced AI and GenAI capabilities into our products to redefine industry standards.

Qualifications
We're looking for individuals with:
• 5+ Years of Experience: Demonstrable experience in UI/UX design, showcasing a strong portfolio of user-centered design projects.
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Solid skills in design software (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and an understanding of how to integrate designs with development frameworks.
• Passion for User Experience: A strong interest and passion for creating intuitive, engaging user experiences and a knack for visualizing complex data or functionalities in simple, user-friendly ways.
• Experience in Product Design: Experience in transforming user needs and business goals into innovative product designs that resonate from concept to customer.
• Curiosity and Growth Mindset: An insatiable curiosity and a relentless pursuit of personal and professional growth, driving you to constantly seek out new design trends, technologies, and methodologies.
