About the Role

We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team at WebCargo, a Freightos Group company. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our global freight booking platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design intuitive and user-centered interfaces for our web and mobile applications
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA to ensure seamless execution from design to implementation
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our users' needs and behaviors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in hands-on UX and Product design
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a team player
  • Degree in Design (e.g., UX, interaction, graphic, visual communications, product)
  • Portfolio of UX and Design work for desktop and mobile applications
  • Experience working with Figma, Figjam, Jira, and other design tools
  • Advanced English skills with excellent speaking and writing skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
