Job Title: UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team at Freightos (Tradeos, Ltd). As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.

Job Summary:

The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution from design to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand product specifications and user behaviors.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing with a user-centered design approach to gather actionable feedback.
  • Make data-driven design decisions, balancing user insights, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and QA to ensure seamless execution from design to implementation.
  • Demonstrate agility when moving from an idea to execution and flexibility for different levels of iteration.
  • Efficiently prioritize and manage several projects and milestones, demonstrating flexibility in responding to shifting timelines and evolving requirements.
  • Ensure that visual designs are accurately translated into the final product during development and testing.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in hands-on UX and Product design.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a team player.
  • Degree in Design (e.g., UX, interaction, graphic, visual communications, product).
  • Portfolio of UX and Design work for desktop and mobile applications.
  • Experience working with the following tools: Figma, Figjam, Jira.
  • Advanced English skills with excellent speaking and writing skills.
  • Experience working in a collaborative agile environment (Scrum, Kanban).
