Job Title: UX/UI Designer

We're seeking a creative and pragmatic UX/UI designer to join our team. As a UX/UI designer at Freightos Group, you'll be responsible for designing user-centered experiences that balance beauty with real-world practicality.

Responsibilities
  1. Understand product specifications and user behaviors to inform design decisions.
  2. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable feedback.
  3. Make data-driven design decisions, balancing user insights, business goals, and technical constraints.
  4. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  5. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and QA to ensure seamless execution from design to implementation.
  6. Agility is key when moving from an idea to execution, and flexibility is essential for different levels of iteration.
  7. Efficiently prioritize and manage several projects and milestones, demonstrating flexibility in responding to shifting timelines and evolving requirements.
