Designing the Future of Global Trade

We're on a mission to make global trade frictionless, and we need a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team at Freightos (Tradeos, Ltd). As a key member of our design team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our industry-leading freight booking platform.

About the Role

We're looking for a creative and pragmatic UX/UI Designer who can balance beautiful design with real-world practicality. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where projects evolve quickly, and you're comfortable adapting to regular iterations.

Responsibilities
  1. Understand product specifications and user behaviors to inform design decisions.
  2. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable feedback.
  3. Make data-driven design decisions, balancing user insights, business goals, and technical constraints.
  4. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  5. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and QA to ensure seamless execution from design to implementation.
  6. Demonstrate agility when moving from an idea to execution and flexibility for different levels of iteration.
  7. Ensure that visual designs are accurately translated into the final product during development and testing.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in hands-on UX and Product design.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
