About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user interfaces and user experiences for digital products and services
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Expert-level skills in Figma and other design tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of English proficiency (C1 or equivalent)
