We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team at Freightos Group. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that drive business results.

Our team is passionate about making global trade easier and more efficient. We're a collaborative and agile team that values creativity, innovation, and experimentation.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and deliver user experiences that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable feedback
  • Make data-driven design decisions, balancing user insights, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and QA to ensure seamless execution from design to implementation
  • Agility when moving from an idea to execution and flexibility for different levels of iteration
  • Ensure that visual designs are accurately translated into the final product during development and testing

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in hands-on UX and Product design
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Problem-solving aptitude and a team player
  • Degree in Design (e.g. UX, interaction, graphic, visual communications, product)
  • Portfolio of UX and Design work for desktop and mobile applications

Preferred requirements:

  • Experience working with Fullstory, Photoshop or similar
