Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes that drive user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and audit user experiences to identify improvement areas and opportunities for growth
  • Develop interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs to communicate design concepts and ideas
  • Simplify complex processes into intuitive and efficient UX/UI experiences
  • Mentor junior designers and share knowledge to drive professional growth and development
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and user experience
Requirements:
  • 6-8 years of experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong background in user-centered design and design thinking
  • Proficiency in design processes, prototype building, and design systems
  • Strong craft demonstrated through a portfolio specializing in ecommerce and UX/UI design
  • Leadership skills with the ability to offer clear, actionable feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams
