Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist - German Language, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in Germany and Austria. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound customer service requests via phone, email, and live chat
Accurately log all issues and status updates in our internal tracking system
Understand client business objectives and apply expertise to resolve issues and ensure customer success
Reconcile invoices and explain charges to customers
Initiate adjustments to customer billing charges as needed
Diagnose and resolve technical issues with cloud solutions, including Microsoft O365
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
Knowledge of Microsoft O365 and/or Azure
Ability to prioritize user requests and manage user expectations
Passion for driving exceptional customer experience
Previous experience troubleshooting and debugging SaaS cloud solutions
