About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Expert to join our team. As a Digital Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding local artisans into the digital 21st century, helping them to launch their e-commerce solutions and grow their businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored e-commerce solutions for local entrepreneurs, ensuring seamless integration with our products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing any questions or concerns, and serving as a single point of contact throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with the management team to gather feedback, translate it into technical requirements, and propose improvements to our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch or Flemish and French language skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mentality, with the ability to reason abstractly and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven experience in customer success, e-commerce, or a related field.
