Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our pre-opening team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the food and beverage team to ensure exceptional service and high-quality food products.
  • Work closely with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and stock levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the food and beverage areas.
  • Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service and meet customer expectations.
  • Coordinate opening and closing tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage food and beverage control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a food and beverage management role in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and customers.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
