Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food and beverage staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and cost control.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
