Eticsa is a pioneering organization in the field of responsible and fair AI, dedicated to protecting people in technology processes. Our mission is to promote fairness and accuracy in AI and ML algorithms through cutting-edge methodologies and tools.

We are currently seeking an Ai Sales Development Specialist to join our dynamic sales operations team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience and play a key role in promoting and selling AI audit services to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing client inquiries and providing information about our AI audit services.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Track sales leads and maintain an organized database of prospects.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up with clients and prospects.
  • Communicate client feedback and requirements to the sales and technical teams.
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and documents to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Completed or in-progress degree in business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong alignment with the organization's mission and values, demonstrating a commitment to our goals and vision.
