Your Responsibilities:
As an Accommodation Market Specialist, you will report directly to the Area Manager and focus on the following key objectives:

  • Ensure that customers consistently discover the most suitable accommodations for their ideal trips in both current and future key destinations.
  • Utilize your networking skills within the hotel industry to deliver exceptional service experiences and maintain a competitive, attractive, and relevant lodging portfolio aligned with our company strategy.
  • Enhance partner availability and supply to meet the demands of visitors on our various platforms while supporting our revenue and strategic goals.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for your assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain productive professional relationships with key personnel in your designated accounts, providing superior consulting services and identifying marketing and sales opportunities.
  • Optimize account performance in assigned destinations, focusing on content, rate, and availability competitiveness to maximize customer conversion.
  • Secure additional inventory during peak demand periods to meet customer needs.
  • Facilitate promotional offers to bolster brand merchandising and marketing initiatives.
  • Educate hotel partners on the self-service features available on our Extranet and ensure effective communication with key partners.
  • Develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis to enhance the performance of key establishments in the marketplace.
  • Provide ongoing insights to the Area Manager for developing scalable solutions to improve process efficiencies.
  • Actively participate in the technological advancement of the company by proposing new implementations and testing innovative tools.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in a commercial or customer-centric role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork, empathy, and relationship building.
  • Action-oriented, results-focused, and metrics-driven mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven persistence and follow-up abilities in challenging situations.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and effectively multitask.
  • Fluency in Greek, Turkish, or French, with a strong command of English.
  • Knowledge of yield and revenue management, along with analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in IT skills, including knowledge of Channel Managers and CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
