We are seeking a highly skilled Accommodation Sales Professional to join our team at Edreams Odigeo. As a key player in our Accommodation team, you will be responsible for building and growing our supplier portfolio of online accommodations in the German market.
Key Responsibilities- Contracting and Negotiation: You will be responsible for contracting targeted hotels in strategic markets and negotiating successful agreements with accommodation providers.
- Relationship Building: You will establish and maintain healthy working relationships with lodging providers, gathering market and customer information, and creating a database in our Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce).
- Sales Performance: You will review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets, and demonstrate a high level of autonomy in your work.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Dutch is required.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence confidently by phone and email.
- Hospitality or OTA Knowledge: Hospitality or OTA knowledge is a big plus.
- People Oriented: Communication skills, flexibility, active listening, and empathy are essential.
- Business Acumen: Business acumen and commercial skills are required.
- Productivity Tools: Proficient with productivity tools, including MS Office Package and Gmail.
- Client Relationship Management: Skilled in client relationship management and establishing healthy working relationships with partners and colleagues.
- IT Literacy: Strong familiarity with computers, internet, and email.
