Descripción del puesto
- Incorporarás la Business Unit España de Grupo LUNDI MATIN, ubicada en Barcelona.
- Bajo la dirección del Managing Director Spain, integrarás el equipo comercial con el objetivo de incrementar la cartera de clientes y partners de la empresa.
Tus misiones
- Desarrollar la red de socios comerciales de la empresa, para generar nuevas oportunidades comerciales.
- Reclutar nuevos socios comerciales, capaces de aportarnos nuevos negocios y/o de distribuir y/o integrar nuestras soluciones para los clientes.
- Seguir y gestionar la red de socios comerciales (proveedores comerciales, distribuidores, integradores) y no comerciales (fabricantes, editores, soluciones de pago, etc.) ya implicados.
- Volverte un interlocutor privilegiado de los socios en el seguimiento de las ventas, los plazos, la calidad de los clientes que nos confían.
- Alcanzar objetivos cuantitativos (volumen de negocio, adquisición de nuevos socios) y cualitativos.
- Buscar nuevas palancas de crecimiento y participar en el desarrollo de la visibilidad de la empresa en eventos y redes sociales.
- Vincular los distintos departamentos internos a los socios (administración de ventas, marketing, comunicación, soporte técnico, etc.).
- Desarrollar herramientas de comercialización (materiales de presentación, fichas de productos, etc.).
- Y por último, contribuir a una vigilancia activa de nuestro ecosistema (nuevos participantes, nuevas ofertas, evolución de las prácticas comerciales, etc.).
Perfil solicitado
- Con un grado de 3 a 5 años de una escuela de comercio o equivalente, posees una primera experiencia exitosa en el desarrollo comercial, idealmente en B2B.
- Eres riguroso, con capacidad de análisis y síntesis, con una excelente capacidad de redacción.
- Idealmente posees una primera experiencia en la gestión de las relaciones con los clientes.
- Te gusta trabajar en equipo, pero también eres capaz de trabajar de forma independiente.
- Tienes la capacidad de ser un miembro activo del equipo (que sugiere mejoras, alertas, etc.).
