Your OpportunityAs a Commercial Field Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing our brands in the growing channels and gaining market share in a profitable way. You will be part of a team that is changing the model, with a focus on developing our brands in the proximity channel.

You are solution-oriented with fantastic attention to detail, great listening skills, and a proactive approach to anticipating business needs.
ResponsibilitiesWith our consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:
- To contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: EFO & new model.
- To be accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the On-Trade customers.
- To negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
- To drive use of Picture of Success and approach to activate our brands to influence consumers at the point of purchase.
- To identify opportunities and guide the development and execution of strategies to maximize Bacardi's performance at On Trade customers in your region, achieving value creation.
RequirementsThe skills and experience needed to create your legacy include a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or similar. Tenacity and resilience to work through challenging business needs are essential. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, any other language is an asset. Exceptional organisation skills and close attention to detail are required. Outstanding Result-Orientation, actively seeking business opportunities keeping in mind the company's objectives, is a must. Knowledge of MS Office, with a focus on MS Excel, is necessary.
SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of €60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
