About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Specialist to join our team in Iberia. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for prospecting and outreaching to target accounts, generating new business opportunities, and conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and outreaching activities on target accounts with a focus on engaging and qualifying prospective customers.
  • Generating new business opportunities to fuel revenue for EcoVadis.
  • Conducting high-level discovery and educational conversations with Senior Executives (Directors of Sustainability or Procurement) in Target Accounts.
  • Scheduling qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Evangelizing the importance of Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for the supply chain of Global 500 companies.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business or Sustainability related areas.
  • Experience working in Sustainability, CSR, or B2B Procurement would be a plus.
  • Native in Spanish and proficiency in English is a must to be eligible for this role as per the territory.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Spanish corporate business culture.
  • Passionate about Sustainability and willingness to pursue a career in both Sustainability and Sales.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
  • Strong time management & organizational skills.
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
