Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Spanish-speaking market.

Salary and Benefits: The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum, plus commission. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer 21 days' annual leave (rising to 25 days) and additional benefits, including Udemy training and expert support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Spanish-speaking market
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level contacts in target companies
  • Utilize various outreach methods, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn messaging, to connect with prospects
  • Nurture initial prospect relationships and set up qualified appointments
  • Work closely with our Enterprise Sales and Inside Sales teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in IT technologies, solutions, and services
  • A passion for new business sales and prospecting
  • Fluent Spanish language skills (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively
