Job SummarySupermicro is seeking experienced and successful Enterprise Sales Managers in Spain to sell its broad portfolio of data center products and solutions to public, government & enterprise end customers in Spain and Portugal.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end sales processes involving complex, multi-portfolio, large deals.
- Develop and maintain strong, credible and professional working relationships with C-Level executives at current and past clients, as well as new accounts.
- Utilize strong persuasive and negotiating skills to close deals.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a diverse culture.
- Native German and professional fluency in English are required, both written and spoken. Additional European language is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales or similar field in the IT / Datacenter segment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills across multiple disciplines, cultures and geographies.
- Track record of building relationships with senior executives and decision makers.
- Demonstrated ability in pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling, call structure and control, time and territory management.
- Experience entering, tracking and reporting data on lead activity.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have Microsoft Excel knowledge.
- Multi-task and time management skills are a must.
- Proficient in English and additional language is a huge plus.
- Self-admin skills are a must.
Supermicro offers a competitive salary range of $70-80K and a dynamic work environment.
